Co-funded by the European Union under the KA210-ADU Small-scale Partnerships in Adult Education, our data protection procedures strictly follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) alongside specific Erasmus+ guidelines.

What Data Was Collected?

During the SOCO project, we collected only the minimum personal data necessary to facilitate participation and effective project evaluation. This data included first names and email addresses, used exclusively for communication purposes. Additionally, we collected non-sensitive feedback through anonymous surveys and forms, as well as attendance records for SOCO Labs and piloting sessions.

How This Data Was Used

The collected data was used solely for internal project purposes. These purposes included coordinating and communicating with participants, evaluating learning materials and piloting activities, and fulfilling reporting obligations to the Erasmus+ National Agency. Moreover, the data supported the creation of anonymized case studies featured in the final SOCO Guidebook. At no point was personal or sensitive information published or shared with any third parties outside the project team.

How Consent Was Obtained

Participation in all SOCO activities was voluntary. All participants were clearly informedโ€”either verbally or in writingโ€”about the intended use of their data. Verbal consent was obtained consistently prior to processing any personal information, ensuring participants understood and agreed to the terms.

Data Storage Practices

All participant data was securely stored in password-protected internal folders, accessible only to authorized project staff. We are committed to retaining data only for the period required to meet Erasmus+ reporting obligations and no longer.
